Hi! I’m Anna Cruz–an Enrolled Agent, federally licensed to represent taxpayers before the IRS, and the owner of FinTax Help. People deserve clarity, honesty, and compassion when dealing with their tax issues. I turn tax situations from overwhelming to easy and understandable.

I studied business at the US Air Force Academy before earning my MBA in Finance from New Mexico State University. I spent 10 years serving in the U.S. Air Force as a 65F (Finance). Those years shaped how I interact with people – serve others with integrity, communicate clearly, and find innovative solutions for the most complicated situations. After the military, I worked on Wall Street in financial data and analytics. That experience deepened my love for systems, efficiency, and accuracy. It also taught me how to break down complex information so people can make confident, informed decisions. I’m a real estate investor and entrepreneur, which gives me firsthand insight into the challenges business owners and property investors face.

Outside of work, I’m a wife, mom, and lifelong learner who strives to improve people’s lives.
