For the past 18 years, I have been a dedicated partner in my husband’s military journey, which has taken
us around the world. During this time, I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from
Wichita State University, an MBA in Human Resources from Liberty University, as well as certifications as
a QuickBooks ProAdvisor and IRS Enrolled Agent. Recently, I was honored to receive the FINRA
Foundation Military Spouse Fellowship, and I am currently midway through the program to become an
Accredited Financial Counselor.

While my husband has been focused on flying combat sorties and training the next generation of pilots, I
have been gathering a diverse array of professional experiences—from working in coffee shops to
corporate offices—culminating in the launch of my business, Prepped by Parker.

My entry into the world of taxes began with my role as a remote bookkeeper, where I specialized in
serving veteran and military spouse-owned businesses. This experience exposed me to the unique
financial challenges faced by military families and highlighted the need for specialized bookkeeping and
tax preparation services that address these nuances. In April 2023, with my combined expertise in
bookkeeping and my new credentials as an Enrolled Agent, I founded Prepped by Parker, and I haven’t
looked back since.

My mission is to support military members—whether as business owners or individuals—by helping
them understand how their daily financial decisions impact their taxes and long-term success.
